Opening in October 2026, Terro brings together contemporary comfort, regional heritage, nature, and thoughtful hospitality in a space designed to feel authentic, warm, and genuinely connected to its surroundings.
With 35 keys across five distinct room categories, Terro offers a calm and restorative stay experience. Each room reflects the hotel's nature-inspired design language through lime-painted walls, handcrafted jute and sisal elements, earthy textures, botanical artwork, and natural materials.
At Terro, we believe hospitality should be more than accommodation. Our approach consciously moves away from conventional commercial hospitality and embraces local sourcing, native biodiversity, regional food, and ecological care. The hotel incorporates thoughtfully chosen materials such as recycled stone, natural clay plaster, rattan, solid teak, terracotta, jute, sisal, and natural wood finishes.
Guests can savour authentic, slow-cooked Mughal and North Indian cuisine at our restaurant, while the rooftop kitchen and bar offers an elevated setting for dining and relaxation. The property also features a swimming pool, banquet and conference facilities, and a comprehensive 1,500 sq. ft. Kerala Ayurvedic spa with private treatment rooms.
